We are aware that there are a lot of different websites and applications that we use as a school both for parents and your children.

Below is a guide to help you understand what we use and how to access it. You can click on the logos to take you directly to the website.
There are also links to the Cygnus Academies Trust, which contains useful information and places to get advice, and to the Kent County Council, which contains valuable information for children with SEND.
Parent Applications
Arbor is our schools Management Information System. It is used for payments such as trips and dinner money and booking Parent Evening appointments.

Class Dojo is used by teachers to award Dojo points in school. Parents can login and view the points at home and also use the messaging service to contact the class teacher. We aim to respond to messages within 48 hours during the working week.
Login details for Class Dojo can be given to you by your child's class teacher.
This is only used in Nursery and Reception. It is an online journal to record all the learning and fun that happens in our Early Years classrooms.
Login details for Tapestry can be given to you by your child's class teacher.
Children's Applications
There are a number of websites and apps that children can access at home to support their learning. If you are missing any of the login details please contact your class teacher or phase leader, using the contact forms on our website and we can get these sent out to you.
Microsoft Teams is an online space where children can access tasks set by their teacher both in school and save work completed at home. This is used by children from Year 1 to 6.
Children will have their own Teams login and password
MyMaths is an online homework website that teachers can set specific tasks to be completed. This is used by children from Year 2 to 6.

TTRockstars is a maths programme that provides a fun way to practise times tables and improve fluency. This is used by children from Year 2 to 6.

Purple Mash is a complete teaching resource which we use primarily for teaching computing but has a range of resources for all subjects. Teachers may set tasks for children to complete as part of their home learning. This is use by children from Year 1 to 6.

Accelerated Reader by Renaissance is used in school to assess children’s lexile score (a measure of reading ability) but can also be used to read online books and take quizzes on books that have been read.
Children will have their own AR login and password
Language Angels is the website we use to teach our Modern Foreign Language curriculum. It is developing a new app, available to download in the Apple App Store, and is available for children to use to practise their foreign language skills through games and karaoke. The app is still being developed and is not currently available for Android users but as soon as it is we will let you know. This can be used by children from Year 1 to 6.

Where can you find out about what we have been doing in school?
We currently use our school website and Facebook page to share what we have been up to in school.
Whenever we do something fun in school, we will write a News story and post it on our website. This can be found on your child's class page or in the News Listings page.
We publish links to our News stories on our school Facebook page as well as photos of our achievers each week. We also use it as another place to remind you about key dates and information that you might find useful.
